Mission

The mission of DLF is to foster leadership, personal growth, and community building through the guiding principles of love, honor, and trust. It is committed to:

  • Developing Value Leaders: Cultivating individuals who lead with integrity, grounded in love, honor, and trust.
  • Fostering Personal Growth: Supporting the holistic development of each brother—mind, heart, body, and character.
  • Supporting Brotherhood: Reinforcing the commitment to the Deaf Leather Fraternity and its community.

  • Provide Leadership & Education: Offer leadership guidance and educational opportunities to the Leather/S&M and broader non-Leather communities.
  • Create Social Advocacy Platforms: Establish forums that advocate for and promote positive social change within the Deaf & Leather and S&M communities.
  • Support Organizations: Support Deaf and hearing organizations, especially those connected to Leather, S&M, and non-Leather communities.
