We believe in providing leadership educational program for our
members and to the Deaf & Leather/S & M communities. Our goals
are to inspire and value leaders based on principle of Love, Honor
and Truth. Also, we encourage ourselves to foster the personal
growth of mind, heart, body and characters.
We offer the following educational programs to our members:
Pledge Leadership Educational Training (at DLF Boot Camp)
Leadership Team-Building Sessions
Shadow Work Process for Members
Shadow Work Training for Facilitators
Weekend Educational Leadership Retreat
Leather/ S & M Oriented Workshops (hands-on activities)

Creating Leadership Roles Training
